Volunteering at the TransRockies Gravel Royale is an excellent way to experience the event, and support riders on their road to adventure. If you’re traveling with a racer, but not racing yourself, it’s an awesome opportunity to share in the race action and atmosphere with them! 

TransRockies Volunteer Program

Thank you for considering becoming a volunteer with TransRockies. Our volunteers are the lifeblood of our events, and your time, effort and cheer will help put smiles on the faces of countless participants!

Volunteers mean the world to us, and we want to treat you well. As a volunteer, you’ll receive all the swag racers do, a volunteer-only gift and the warm, fuzzy feeling you get when you’re making a real difference. 

Also, if you volunteer for an event with us, we’ll give you a free entry to the same TransRockies event next season!

Conditions:

• Only when open volunteer positions are available.

• Must accept the position assigned (although preferences considered).

• Credits may only be applied to the event if it’s not sold out..

• No cash value.

• No-show volunteers may be ineligible for future opportunities.

• Transferable to friends and family.

• Credit expires in 12 months if not used.
